Ingredients:
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan. Simmer over low heat, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
